Jelly Entertainment Ltd (trading as Jelly) is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission to manufacture, supply, install or adapt gambling software for a gaming machine; to manufacture, supply, install or adapt gambling software; and to operate a casino under licence number 000-061838-R-336468-004 issued on 22nd March 2023.

Jelly Entertainment Ltd (trading as Jelly) was granted a licence (23Si975) by Spelinspektionen (the Swedish Gambling Authority) on the 1st July 2023, to be able to licence, manufacture, supply, install or adapt gambling software.

Jelly Entertainment Ltd’s licence granted by the Gambling Commission is recognised by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) for a B2B – Critical Supply Licence (Type 1 Gaming Services) under Recognition Notice number RN/299/2023 issued on the 28th July 2023.
A Recognition Notice is a notice issued by the Authority whereby an authorisation issued by another Member State of the EU or the EEA, or a State which is deemed by the Authority to offer safeguards largely equivalent to those offered by Maltese law, is recognised as having the same effect as an authorisation issued by the Authority for the purpose of providing a gaming service or gaming supply in or from Malta.

The Eastern Cape Gambling Board granted a National Manufacturer Licence to Jelly Entertainment South Africa (Pty) Ltd to carry on the business as a National Manufacturer, Assembler, Maintainer, Repairer Distributor, Acquirer, Marketer, Renter, Lessor, Renter, Modifier, Seller and Importer of the Computer Software used in connection with Gambling or Betting with the Identity/Registration number 2025/064241/07 on the 9th September 2025 and has the Board Registration Number NAM - 06.
